Outpatient hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to noon, with vaccinations offered by appointment only in the afternoon. Since September 2024, vaccination appointments can also be made via the official LINE account. The "ほっちのロッヂ" facility extends beyond a typical clinic, operating as a unique integrated care complex that includes a sick child daycare room, visiting nursing station, and combined day services for elderly care and child development support. Guided by the distinctive philosophy of "not creating a division between caregivers and care recipients," it serves as a community gathering place that nurtures care rooted in daily life alongside art and culture. Director Dr. Yuki Sakai leads a collaborative team of nurses, physical therapists, and other specialists in supporting community healthcare. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, with a parking lot available for convenient car access.
