Located in Fukashi, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, 多田内科医院 is an internal medicine clinic specializing in diabetes and lifestyle diseases. Situated on the second floor of the Shin-Fukashi Building, its entrance was moved to the west side (facing the railway tracks) following a relocation to a newly constructed building in March 2019. The clinic is led by Director 多田久也 and provides comprehensive care ranging from lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and obesity to arteriosclerosis, endocrine disorders, and general internal medicine. The clinic places particular emphasis on nutritional therapy and exercise therapy guidance, distinguishing itself by supporting fundamental lifestyle improvements rather than relying solely on pharmacological treatment. It also actively pursues early detection and early treatment of diabetic complications and performs arteriosclerosis screening and treatment. With a warm, home-like atmosphere, the clinic strives to create an approachable environment where patients can easily discuss their concerns. Parking is available on the north side of the building, accessible from the left side of the entrance, with an attendant on site. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the year-end/New Year and Obon periods. Reception closes 30 minutes before the end of consultation hours.
