Minamimuki Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Nakagawa Village, Kamiina District, Nagano Prefecture. Under the direction of Director Dr. Naoyuki Kato, the clinic provides community-based care as a family physician serving patients of all ages, from children to the elderly. The clinic handles everything from outpatient care to home medical care, and has established a system to coordinate with nearby hospitals when hospitalization or specialized treatment is needed, ensuring patients can receive treatment with peace of mind. A distinctive feature of the clinic is the availability of low-discomfort gastrointestinal examinations using gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The clinic also thoroughly implements infection control measures by separating patient flow between those with fever and general patients, placing great emphasis on ensuring a safe medical environment. The clinic also supports identity verification using My Number cards. Reception hours are from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM in the morning, and from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM on Monday afternoons only. The clinic is closed on Monday and Saturday afternoons, as well as Sundays and public holidays. It is also closed during the year-end and New Year period (December 29 to January 3) and the Obon period (August 13 to 16). The clinic has a parking lot and is barrier-free, making it easily accessible for those arriving by car or with physical disabilities.
