Arai Clinic, located in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, is an internal medicine, gastroenterology, and radiology clinic just a one-minute walk from Shinshu-Nakano Station South Exit. Since opening in 2005, it has provided community-based healthcare, with Director Dr. Masahiko Arai being a specialist in gastroenterology, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and diagnostic radiology. Since 2024, Dr. Katsuhiro Arai, a gastroenterology specialist, has joined, enabling a two-doctor system on two days per week. The clinic treats lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes, as well as infectious diseases including influenza and COVID-19. It specializes in gastroenterological care, offering endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy and colonoscopy, and colon polyp removal by specialists. A key feature is the use of sedation to minimize discomfort during examinations. The clinic also provides vaccinations and CPAP therapy for sleep apnea, with parking at three locations totaling 30 spaces for convenient access by car.
