Located in Shimoichinichi, Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, Yukiakari Clinic is an internal medicine clinic operated by the Japanese Association for Development of Community Medicine. Surrounded by the rich natural environment of Minamiuonuma, the clinic serves as a familiar primary care physician for local residents in their daily medical care. Outpatient services are available in the morning (Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM), as well as in the afternoon on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, accommodating working adults and after-school hours. The clinic is closed on Wednesday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, the fourth Saturday of each month, Sundays, and holidays, as well as during the annual Imaizumi Memorial Hall fumigation day in June, the Obon period (August 13-15), and the year-end/New Year period (December 29-January 3). The facility features barrier-free design, ensuring a comfortable environment for elderly patients and those with physical disabilities.
