During his 14 years at Nagaoka Central General Hospital, he accumulated extensive surgical experience, performing over 1,000 arthroscopic procedures and more than 750 artificial joint replacements. Based on this expertise, the clinic follows a treatment philosophy of 'providing conservative treatment first, and referring patients to core hospitals at the appropriate timing when surgery is necessary.' The clinic also focuses on sports medicine, serving as the team doctor for the Niigata Albirex Baseball Club and working on early detection and treatment of sports injuries through baseball elbow screenings in Nagaoka City.
